 In SC the elected of students are part of decision - making near the leading board. They affect the investments and the way of organization in the city` s life. They have their offices in the administrate building and they exert the executive competences that enjoy by their status. |

 Club
In the club settings a lot of social-cultural activities take place, thus enriching the student life. In the auditorium do perform free movies and concerts. There do promote even the students works, such as poetry and paintings. In the cinema room of Cultural Centre Student do perform every day programs of digit-alb, music, films, sports, shows, etc. The entrance is free.

 Study Rooms
There are 10 reading rooms in SC, where the students study the needed literature. Those rooms are attended from a considerable number of students, up to 400 students per day. There is also the periodic room, where the students find the everyday` s periodic newspapers and their number reaches 50 students per day. Timetable: 08.00 - 21.30. |

 Refectory
The refectory setting offer very comfortable conditions. The dining room covers a surface of 300 mē with a capacity of 150 seats. The same refectory service is also offered by 15 private subjects in the SC surroundings. In order to help the students the city` s refectory offers services 10% lower then the other private ones. The investments in refectory are growing, thus improving the heating and lightning system. In refectory serve one specialized personnel of 13 employees. The whole process of cooking, product preserving and cleanness is monitoring by the specialized organs. Timetable: 08.00 - 22.00.
